Returns Policy
Bear St. will accept the return or exchange of any Gund item purchased from us within 15 days of receipt. The Gund animal must have all of its tags attached (tush and hang tags) and be in the same condition as you received it in.

It is mandatory to complete and submit an Online Returns Form.

Should you wish for your item to be returned versus exchanged (for equal or greater value), a 20% restocking fee is applicable. Unauthorized returns are also subject to the 20% restocking fee, or if applicable may be returned to you.

Please note that items may not be exactly as shown, our pictures serve as graphical representations only.

Shipping, gift wrapping, and administration fees are non-refundable. Reimbursement of taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
